PA610 Bio-based is a sustainable high-performance polyamide derived from renewable castor oil. It contains over 60 percent bio-content, reducing the carbon footprint. PA610 offers a superior balance of properties between PA6 and PA12. It has much lower water absorption (1.5 percent) than PA6 or PA66. This ensures excellent dimensional stability in humid environments. With a melting point of 215 C and a density of 1.07 g/cm3 , it provides excellent oil resistance and toughness. It is the best choice for automotive fuel lines, seal skeletons, and high-pressure hydraulic systems.

PA610 is a high-performance bio-based nylon made from castor oil. It is a core barrier material for fuel lines. It resists gasoline, diesel, and bio-fuels. PA610 has very low fuel absorption with less than 5 percent change after 1000 hours. This stops the material from swelling or cracking. The fuel permeation rate is very low at less than 0.1g per square meter every 24 hours. It works from minus 40 to 120 Celsius for a 10-year life. Processing: Injection mold at 230 to 260 Celsius. Its excellent elastic recovery ensures the system stays leak-free for years. It has lower water absorption than standard polyamides for better seal precision.
