Advanced Thermal Properties and Predrying Requirement

Nylon 66 GF30 offers superior thermal stability, making it highly resistant to heat up to 120°C without losing its strength. This makes it suitable for use in industries such as automotive, electronics, and manufacturing, where high temperatures are common.

However, like other polyamides, Nylon 66 is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture from the air. To ensure the best results during processing, it’s important to pre-dry the material at 80°C to 100°C for 4-6 hours before molding. Proper predrying guarantees that the material maintains its mechanical strength, ensuring reliable performance and high-quality products.

Regular nylon is strong, but when you add glass fiber, it becomes even tougher. PA66 GF25 can resist heat, chemicals, and physical damage much better than standard nylon. This makes it perfect for making things like engine parts or even furniture, where long-term durability is important.
